Executive is our premium transportation option, specifically designed to offer the highest quality. Executive caters to high-profile travelers such as business leaders, politicians, artists, and other travelers with demands for a transport service beyond the ordinary.
• All vehicles have a discreet profile without logos or advertising.
• All vehicles are larger models with a premium feel.
• All vehicles are cleaned and washed before each assignment.
• Drivers are handpicked based on competence, experience, local knowledge, and service focus.
• Drivers have undergone a security check, security training, and have passed a conduct check.
• The driver always opens the door, helps with luggage, and is there with an umbrella when it rains.
• The driver always meets the traveler with a name tag, or if preferred, the driver can recognize the traveler from a picture.
• The driver always meets the traveler at the entrance and escorts them to the car. If it rains, the driver will accompany the traveler back to the entrance.
• It is always quiet in the car unless otherwise requested, and the driver speaks only when spoken to.
• The driver is always on location 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
• 30 minutes of wait time is always included after the scheduled time.
• After that, a wait time fee of 70 SEK for 10 minutes applies.
• After that, a wait time fee of 7 SEK per minute applies.
The service costs 650 SEK in addition to the regular taxi fare.
To deliver the above premium service, the following terms applies:
• Booking must be made at least 6 hours before the start of the ride.
• Cancellation must be made at least 4 hours before the start of the ride, otherwise, full charges will apply.
• Direct booking is possible subject to availability, and in such cases, not all of the above points can be guaranteed.
• We reserve the right to refuse a booking if there is full capacity.
• The service is only available for customers with a customer number and invoicing option with Taxi Göteborg.
